Operating a PMO

Once the PMO type has been developed and implemented you go into operation mode, meaning the PMO has become Business as Usual (BAU). Now you need to keep an eye on how the processes are working for each project. You ensure new team members are familiarized with the processes and become comfortable using them.

Health Check & Continous Improvement

We have different approaches that have been tried, tested with various analysis tools to facilitate these health checks and extract the relevant information and formulate recommendations based on these. These approaches have been developed and gathered over the years of experience our teams have spent in this area.

The goal of the Health Check is always improvement. It is not punitive, hence results will be kept confidential and information will be disseminated in such a way that individuals are protected, but the relevant findings are extracted.

This is very involving and requires a through assessment and "implementation of:

2. It is critical to map out and document the PROCESS the office will follow to enable its services and add value to the organization. This is complementary to the other services we provide at ACTS Integration.

3. Once this is People & Process has been set. We then explore and embark on implementation of the TOOLS & TECHNOLOGY that will optimize the operation of the office.
