Working from Home - Part 2

Here is another article with practical tips on how to organize yourself when working from home. Since many of us dream of going into consultancy, this is a great opportunity to practice self discipline.

Also ensure you keep a healthy regimen:

1. Talk to your friends on phone or whatsapp

2. Exercise daily, even if just 15 minutes of stretches.

3. Keep a strict schedule, temptation is to just let yourself go

4. Eat healthy

5. If possible go outside every day, but not to socialize in congested places. What you need is fresh air and sunshine! Vitamin D plays an important role in staying healthy and helping your body fight virus.
