Before allowing your team to return to work from the office there are a lot of things to consider. And there are legal requirements to be met.
Health and safety of your team should be the first consideration. Is ti safe for them to come to work by matatu? How big is the danger of them infecting each other? How do I determine when to tell them to stay at home? How do they safely have lunch? The list seems endless
There are government guidelines to follow. How many people can I fit in my office with social distancing? How many fit in the board room? Do I have an isolation area?
Have we done the required risk assessment and submitted it to DOSH?
How will I handle walk in clients?
Do I need to fumigate?
Do I need to have my team tested?

My take is that whoever can work from home, should for now continue to do so.
