Many of us think that #projectmanagement and sales will always be at logger heads. #projectmanagers will have the stakeholders at heart when preparing a project proposal and see risks that the sales team often think are either not there, or not important or the project teams fault. Hence there is often a friction between the 2 departments.
This is where we need to stop and start using our #EQ. We need to learn to understand the other party and realize we are on the same team. When you pause, take back a step and try to understand the other party, then you will realize both have very similar approaches, only they package them differently.
