A noteable researcher has defined #augmentedreality as “an environment that includes both virtual reality and real-world elements” (Azuma, 1997, p. 357). Just think about it! Let your imagination go wild! There are so many things that pop into mind. I think the opportunities for use of #AR in training are amazing.

A microprocessor
Software
A camera
A display screen
Today it is already in use for shopping, entertainment, make-up, technical training, medical training etc. Google uses it to identify objects in photos, BBC uses it for history lessons. The opportunities are endless. In corporate training it may be playing a major role in the future.
